You'll save yourself time and effort while getting to know the local market and avoid unnecessary frustrations. Select an experienced realtor who belongs to the Park City Multiple List Service and whose primary Board affiliation is the Park City Board of Realtors. (An agent's primary board indicates where they conduct the majority of their business). If your Realtor meets these qualifications, the chances are high that they specialize in the Park City market and will have a vast local knowledge base.
